This is a show where I can stant alone on stage, my faithful guitar at my side and just a pocket full of stories of the travels that led me from a close-knit francophone community in Eastern Ontario, all the way to l’Acadie where the story of Garolou began. It's a chance for me to share my passion for the music of my generation and the astonishing creativity of the 1970s.
As a backdrop to the story, images stream through the narrative bringing life to the music of this little band that influenced an entire generation. De Glen à Garolou is a musical and personal journey through these songs, a moment where nostalgia inevitably leads to celebration!
